APAPASE Annual Event Venue Ideas

List locations or venues that you think would work well for the APAPASE (American Planning Association, Pennsylvania Chapter, Southeast Section) Annual Event. The event is held in the fall of every year and alternates between a Philadelphia location and a suburban location. We always look for transit accessible sites that are interesting and related to planning. Sites should be able to hold at least 50 people, but 100 is preferred.
